Introduction and Scope of Service
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") fully govern any person who uses the yomammk platform ("Service"). From the moment you first access the platform or create an account, you are considered to have read and agreed to this Agreement.
yomammk is an online gaming platform providing football betting, Live Casino, slots games, and esports betting services for players in Myanmar. Users of the service must comply with these Terms & Conditions, and the service may be suspended for any violation.
1.1 Scope of Service

Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
The services are available to persons aged 21 and above only. No person under 21 may open an account or play on the platform. If an account is found to have been opened with false information, that account and all associated balances may be suspended.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may open only one account at yomammk. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Personal Information
When registering an account, you must provide your correct name, contact details, and personal payment information. Withdrawals made under false information may be cancelled.
2.4 Restricted Regions
These services are intended for players residing in Myanmar only. yomammk reserves the right to restrict access to its services for visitors from other countries.
Account Management Rules
3.1 Account Security
You must keep your login password private and never share it with any third party. yomammk is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from failure to do so. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately and change your password.
3.2 Identity Verification
At the time of withdrawal, yomammk may request identity documents to verify your details. If you are unable to respond within the specified period, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Account Closure
If any of the following is found, yomammk may close the account without prior notice—
- Providing false personal information
- Misusing the platform or using software assistance to play
- Deliberately violating the bonus policy
- Being found to have opened duplicate accounts
- Fraudulently using another person's payment method
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
yomammk accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Payment Verification
yomammk has the right to carry out payment checks on any deposit or withdrawal. Payments made using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder may be cancelled.
4.4 Payment Limits

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The yomammk welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15 before a withdrawal is allowed.
- Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
- Example: Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total 620,000 Ks → Wagering 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks
5.3 Bonus Calculation Rules
The wagering contribution percentage may vary depending on the game type. You can check whether your bonus wagering is complete in your account history. If a deposit or withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus, the wagering calculation will be checked according to the terms of the relevant promotion.
5.4 Bonus Forfeiture
If yomammk finds that a promotion has been abused, it reserves the right to remove the bonus without prior notice. This will not affect the account itself — only the bonus will be removed.
VIP Program and Referral Commission
6.1 VIP Tiers
The yomammk VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
VIP tier upgrades depend on the total amount wagered on the platform and are also subject to yomammk's assessment. The exact VIP cashback amount you may receive can vary and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
6.2 Referral Commission
Referral program terms—
- The referrer will receive 5% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 30,000 Ks per person)
- A commission of 0.3% of the referred player's valid wagering will be paid weekly
- If an attempt is made to obtain commission through fraudulent means, the relevant bonus and commission may be revoked
Fair Play and Restrictions
7.1 Personal Play
Players must use their own account personally. Using Bots, Auto-Click Software, or any IT tools to play is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Collusion and Fraud
Attempting to manipulate game results, colluding with other players, and using the platform for unfair advantage are all prohibited. If any of these actions are found, balances will be frozen and legal action may be taken.
7.3 Anti-Money Laundering
yomammk complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious deposits or withdrawals, and may suspend activity if no satisfactory response is provided.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Technical Issues
yomammk is not responsible for losses caused by server errors, network interruptions, or third-party software failures. If such issues result in changes to game records, only yomammk's data records will be treated as the official reference.
